About Me
Coaching was introduced to me as a complementary service to therapy.
I was initially sceptical, but quickly began reaping the benefits of working with a trained professional. Having this first-hand experience of the tremendous value and impact of coaching fuels my passion for my own practice.
I'm a qualified Personal Development Coach, having completed training accredited by the International Coaching Federation (the ICF), the leading global organisation for coaching standards and practices.
I've completed additional CPD training in Mental Health in Coaching.
With experience in mental and physical health challenges and in the LGBTQ+ community, I bring compassion and informed empathy to my coaching. I am committed to my own self-development and to providing an ever-evolving service, to ensure that my coaching is as positive, accessible and effective as possible for my clients.

My Coaching
I offer 1:1 and group coaching, both online and in person, in London.
I strive to accommodate all of my clients' requirements and restrictions, including working with different schedules or time zones and tailoring session content and format to suit my clients' specific needs.
I create an open, judgement-free space where my clients are free to explore all issues, options, obstacles and solutions. A space where they can challenge themselves to both expand and step outside their comfort zones, knowing they are supported in doing so.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients on diverse subject matter.
In addition, I specialise in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and those who come to coaching to complement therapy, or as the next step on from therapy.
